Simeon Coker is a freelance Associate Creative Director, Social Venture Founder, and Podcaster. After working at some of the top ad agencies as a copywriter, Simeon co-founded the podcast 'Mixed Company' where he candidly discusses diversity, equity, and inclusion in creative industries with his cohosts and industry leaders. In 2015, he founded Indigo & Pyrite to help agencies create measurable and sustainable creative and business solutions that foster diversity, inclusion, retention and professional development.
Stefanie A. Smith is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant with a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from Salem State University, and two Master’s degrees, one from the University of Massachusetts – Boston’s Women in Politics and Public Policy program and the other from Baruch College School of Public and International Affairs, as a National Urban Fellow. As a Diversity and Inclusion Subject Matter Expert, Stefanie partners with agencies and corporate brands to develop DEI initiatives and programs to maximize diverse representation in creative industries. In addition, her work on a global scale develops pathways for elevating diversity to the c-suite and industry-wide global diversity models and educational strategized programs.
