Leticia Moreno is a born and bred Mexican who relocated to New York City after completing her business degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey with the goal of utilizing business and creativity to make the world a better place. Since then, she has worked and collaborated across industries and functions at companies such as Apple, Facebook, Proctor & Gamble, and The Walt Disney Company.
Her impact started when she was 10 years old, as she was selected to be part of a kids contest to improve livelihood in her community, at 17 she co-hosted a youth program to address teenagers most pressing issues and a year after was named a “Future Leader of Sinaloa state” back on her home state in Mexico due to her leadership and collaboration with social and economic growth.
She is now heavily involved in sustainability, green fashion, and collective consciousness projects. Her focus at DS Labs is to create a more inclusive technology industry for Hispanics and other underrepresented communities.


Walter Godinez is a native New Yorker with a mission of empowering first-generation Americans through exposure, skill-building, and mentorship. A first generation university graduate, Walter graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Media & Communications and Northwestern University with a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change with a focus on Organizational Development, Adult Learning, and Digital Transformation.
Walter is currently a Strategy Manager at Samsung with a background in planning, process improvement, project management, digital strategy, communications, and business development. Most recently, Walter worked at Toyota where he used lean and strategic planning to improve operations across North America
