A CURRENCY OF CARING
Altru is a token, a currency of caring, acknowledging good deeds and acts of kindness. It is passed on between people, a relay for good. Additionally, Altru is supported by an online platform, a ledger where people can track the journey of their token, record their stories _ how the token has been given to them, what good deed they witnessed, how it shifted their day and how they met an amazing stranger.
Altru encourages positive actions awareness, to see the world in a more positive lens; it is all around us. It also encourages altruistic behaviors, to go toward strangers and say hi! This is great what you’ve just done! It adds value to people and this is very contagious! It can spread in the most powerful way.

Someone acknowledged or witnessed a good deed or act of kindness you just did. It was completely free on your part and this person honored you by giving you a token, a currency of caring.

Our online platform is an important component of the Altru project. It records stories and tracks each token. It is important for us to know how you receive it and where ledgers are incredible resources to better understand altruistic behaviors and migrations to ultimately help us change behaviors for good in the best sense and find new discoveries about how people interact.
